I appraise single-family residence including real estate owner properties, condominiums, townhouses, residential lots, land (non-farm), and small multifamily dwellings. I have experience completing more than just the "standard"' 1004 URAR form report.

Although rates are competitive, quality standards are high. All appraisals are performed in a workman-like manner in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
