My name is my reputation. To my knowledge I am not on any "black list" and I have no marks against my Certification. I pride myself in honest and reliable good old fashion "work". While appraising is my full time job, I do not have any reason to overload my schedule and take assignments that cannot be completed in a reasonable amount of time. Honesty and integrity is the best policy for any business that wishes to succeed.

In the past few years I have extended my Real Estate efforts to include buying homes, having them professionally remodeled and selling them. Working with distressed properties has been a hobby of mine for over 20 years. This greatly benefits my appraisal business because I am aware of weekly sales and listings in certain markets. In certain markets I often drive by numerous recent sales and new listings outside of the appraisal business.

I have resided in Jersey County since 1995. Previously lived in St. Clair County for over 18 years. I often visit several counties in my coverage area outside of the appraisal business. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends. Hobbies include camping, bike riding, tinkering with cars, attending car shows, and researching the real estate market.
